Introduction of Ni/Al clad Tab for soft-package battery?

1.Huihua recognized the importance of the quality, and is the only one soft-package battery tab supplier getting approvals for ISO9001:2000 quality system and ISO14000 environment system. 

2.To provide different selection for customer: DNP grey or yellow color adhesive, Showa Denko electric white color adhesive and Concave-convex white color adhesive.

3.Better sealing effect by using advanced surface treatment technology for Ni/Al strip

4.The nickel/aluminum tab may increase the extra process including leveling, deburring and chamfering (to use magnetic grinding for deburring and chamfering) in order to obtain much better sealing on both sides of the tab. 

5.To use low electronic resistance and high ductility Ni strip for negative tab. The electronic resistant rate is 7.6 developed by Huihua which is 15% lower than the normal Ni strip (with the electric resistant rate of 8.6). The bending times can be over 12 times for Huihua Ni strip and normal Ni strip is 7 times only.  

6.The positive Al tab is using the specially developed Al strip together with South-east Al Corp.
