It is an ideal product to replace pure nickel or nickel plated steel strip in all kinds of PACK connections by segment compound process and stamping forming according to customer requirements.

The edge (or welding point) is pure nickel for all kinds of welding equipment; the rest is pure copper. The product can effectively reduce the resistance and heating on connecting piece to escort the power battery pack.

For cost consideration, nickel part can be replaced by steel and copper part can be replaced by aluminum.
