Our company has successfully produced the aluminum nickel fuse busbar through partial composite, corrosion and machining process.

It adopts aluminum as base material, which can effectively reduce weight of the battery pack and greatly reduce bus bar cost.

The central part reserved is pure nickel strip, which is used for welding with battery shell. The part between pure nickel strip and aluminum confluence connection adopts special aluminum strips, which thickness and width of can be changed according to designed current requirements. Once the individual core is abnormal, aluminum strip will instantly burnout to protect the battery pack.
